Howards Bakery in Harrogate has been established for 50 years and owned by Nick Carey for the last 10. Being a proud Yorkshire man, Nick will always source from local suppliers like Belerbys Dairy Farm.
In October 1992 Black Sheep Ale first made an appearance in pubs around the Yorkshire Dales. The delivery of those first casks of beer was the start of a new era for Paul Theakston, whose family have brewed in Masham, Wensleydale for five generations.
